My future job

Honestly in the near future I do see myself working as an architect or working in something related to architecture, however, thinking about a more distant future, for a short time I am with the idea of ​​when I have already worked a long time, I would like to go to live in the south and design a place, something like a restaurant or a bar or something like that, build it and finally dedicate myself to that business, whichever I decide in the future, honestly I am not worried about the salary as long as I can live in peace . As I said, it is an idea that I have had for a very short time and I think it is mostly because life in the city has me collapsed, before I enjoyed the city, going for a walk or cycling, but now I do not feel so comfortable as before living in the city and I don't have much hope that this will change positively in the future. Therefore, right now the idea of ​​moving to the south seems perfect to me, but without defining anything specific, I don't like defining plans because everything always ends up changing and nothing ever goes perfectly according to plan.

My Favorite Piece of Technology

I think my favorite piece of technology is my laptop, since it is where I can do everything I want, from playing videogames and watching series, to working on important things in college. I use it for much of the day in these quarantine times as I have a desk in my room where I mainly work for the university. But I also feel quite nostalgic and happy to remember my childhood playing with my brother and my cousins on the PlayStation 1, in arcades and those kinds of games, so I could consider them as pieces of technology with a lot of impact in my life as well.

Tools

During my time studying architecture, one of the programs that has helped me the most and the one that I have spent the most time on is Rhinoceros. With this program I learned to model in many ways that other programs such as sketchup did not allow. Rhinoceros simplified many problems for me, however, one of its great defects from my perspective is that it is something difficult to get used to, in terms of its commands and functions, since it is quite different from other programs. One of the functions that caught my attention was Grasshopper, this tool is very difficult to learn, but there are many tutorial videos on YouTube where you can learn how to use it. It is a tool that optimizes the modeling process based on codes related to each other like a circuit, as I said, it is difficult to learn, but one of the most useful tools I have known.
